Hello Marie Christine,
My former landlord has sent refund 11800 € cheque (à l'ordre de: Marie Christine BELLIOT) to your postal address: 1 square Alphonse de Saintonge, 17137 NIEUL SUR MER. I have to use my refund to pay your rental quickly for booking confirmation without delay. You'll receive it in a few days, deposit it in your bank, your account will be credited in 2 days and funds available. The cost of renting their property is more than yours, so after your account is credited with my money, take your 3200 €. Then, kindly transfer the rest 8600 € to the account of my son who's attending post-graduate college. I'll send the IBAN & bank details after your account is credited.
I decided you handle my refund cheque because it is advisable to use the same money to pay for your own rental now. I'm glad we've quickly made another rental booking with you and no time wasted. I'm very excited about my new booking with you and we look forward to a wonderful vacation. I'll inform you on our arrival time once I pick up flight tickets to Nantes Airport.
Kindly acknowledge that you have read and understood my e-mail, I'll be expecting your reply as soon as possible.
Best regards
Devin
Ce personnage désire louer notre maison et pour payer il envoie un chèque d'un montant très supérieur au montant de la location et demande que nous lui envoyions la différence à la réception de son chèque.( lire son mail ci dessus)
Nous n'avons pas marché dans sa demande.
