Is my bank account safe after this situation?

Website seems legit, appears secure. All writing is correct grammar. When you look it up it says it’s registered in US. It seems they have just copied everything (description, pictures, reviews) from Amazon and then lowered the prices to lure you in. They processed my payment immediately and it came on my bank statement as Mallbest London and I was charged an international transaction fee. I have emailed several times with no response. My order continues to say pending. I ordered on 11/24/18.

Order No.: 99 Seller website: nkfia.com Payment Date&Time: 2018-11-05 00:50:26.0 Amount: 31.46 EUR Payment No.: PS1811050050258900 Due to the foreign exchange rate, the amount displayed on your statement might be a little bit different from the real price. Please note "99BILL*TXINWLYBI" will be displayed on your credit card statement instead of the website from which you purchased the mentioned product. It's just used for sending bill statement by the seller's payment processor as a tool. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Should you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Services department at cs@servicecentervip.com with the transaction details listed above.
