I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in: Kleine Budengasse 6, 50667 Köln. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen (68 m2). The rent is 600 euro/month included additional cost. The security deposit is 1650 euro, and you get it back when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice).

Ihr Kommentar / Ihre ErklärungenBetrug! Man soll den Betrag von 600€ im Voraus überweisen. Dann wird angeblich jemand von AirBnb mit dem Schlüssel losgeschickt für die Übergabe.

      Kann den Betrugsversuch vestätigen! Die angehängten Bilder habe ich bei einer Google-Suche gefunden, die gehörten zu anderen Wohnungen.

      Ich hatte gar keine Anzeige mit der entsprechenden Immobilie angeschrieben!

      Jo, ist ein Betrug, hat sich bei mir aber über die gleiche Email, bloß mit der Zahl 58 statt 55 gemeldet. Adresse war anders als bei Immonet.

      Bin gerade darauf reingefallen, hate schon geglaubt, ich würde eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung in München für €580 .- bekommen. Hab nix gezahlt, aber ewige email mit persönlichen Daten geschrieben. Danke für die Warnungen, immer schön aufpassen. Wenns zu gut ist um wahr zu sein, dann Finger weg.
