Thank you for your interest in renting my apartment from Seestraße 76, 70174 Stuttgart. I can confirm that my offer is still available.
The monthly rent is 450 EUR (the price includes all utilities) and the deposit is 900 EUR.
I own the apartment and have a 10 year contract with my work in Switzerland - Zurich, so I decided to rent it.
Due to the global problem with COVID-19, I cannot expose myself to a possible infection. You should do this too. Under these circumstances, I cannot travel in Germany and had signed the contract with the Airbnb Company, so my presence is not required.
The apartment is in perfect condition, no additional repairs are required. If you are interested in renting my apartment and would like further information and details, I would be happy to share them with you.

Thank you for your reply. You can rent the apartment for as long as you want because I have no plans to move back to Germany. My kids are here at school and we will stay in Switzerland (after this pandemic ends).
As I told you in my first email, I have signed a contract with the Airbnb agency. The keys and the lease are in your possession and ready for delivery. You have 3 days to visit the apartment before renting it. They also take care of the money and documents so we are both protected and secured.
I am a great Arhitect and Humanist. I work with many foundations to protect the oceans and animals, and to fight COVID-19 in these moments.
If you are in need you don't have to pay the second month's rent, I can understand that.
As I told you, the rent for 1 month is: 450 euros (including all costs: electricity, water, etc.). And I will ask you for 900 euros as a guarantee (you will get this back when you leave). Please let me know if you are ready to start the transaction. If you like the apartment, you can move in from the day of your visit and get the keys from the AirBnb agent.

The apt is not equipped with rolling shutters and the heating are with gas from central and is on the 1st floor.
Please allow me to explain how AirBnb works:
First I need your data
- I also need a copy of your ID or passport to complete the rental agreement.
- Complete the name of the future tenant;
- photo with the future tenant;
- Direct phone number;
- Date on which you want to move into the apartment:
- Rental period in which you want to stay:
- How many people will stay in the apartment:
Once I get your details, I will forward to AirBnb to make the reservation for your name.
You don't pay any additional commission or other taxes. You only pay the first month + deposit (one time) into the Airbnb bank account.
AirBnb will contact you with the invoice and all the information. Once you have received the details, you need to make the deposit into the bank account.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, this is the best way to go. They will make the deposit into the company's bank account to show your interest and instill trust. After the company receives the deposit confirmation, they will send you the keys and documents. You have 3 days of inspection, if you decide to rent the apartment you have to sign the rental agreement.
If you refuse the apartment, you will be fully refunded the same day. I have a contract with the company and they offer the best security methods available. I am waiting for your reply because I have other tenants interested in the apartment.

Gefälschte Papiere falsche Rechtschreibung als Schweitzer nur auf englisch geantwortet. Warum sollte ein Architekt ein Foto wo er im Badezimmer ist zusenden
