I have just checked my e-mail and I have seen your request regarding my apartment in Pfladergasse 14 ,86150 Augsburg. The apartment has 55 qm, kitchen,1 bedroom,1 living room, 1 bathroom, balcony, TV, WiFi, 1 parking space and much more and is very clean. The lease is unlimited. The rental price per month is € 670 with all utilities included (TV, Wi-Fi, Tel, water, electricity and hot) and the maintenance of the building. Please tell me if this is what you are looking for and just let me know if you are really interested Small pets are also welcome! - If you don't like the apartment Airbnb will refund the transfer to your bank account. If you agree to rent the apartment Airbnb will send the transfer to my bank account.

Gleiche Masche in Konstanz Paradies. Angebot war nach 24h auf ImmoScout deaktiviert und drei Tage später bekam ich folgende Email:
